The IIA Luxembourg
The IIA Luxembourg is affiliated with The Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA).
The Institute of Internal Auditors Luxembourg (IIA Luxembourg) is a member-led organisation that draws on the skills and knowledge of our members in the private and public sectors across the country. We've been established in Luxembourg since 1986.
We're affiliated with and draw on the professional practice Code of Ethics and standards, and extensive guidance and resources of the Institute of Internal Auditors Global
Established in 1941, The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is an international professional association with global headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida, USA. The IIA is the internal audit profession's global voice, recognized authority, acknowledged leader, chief advocate, and principal educator. Members work in internal auditing, risk management, governance, internal control, information technology audit, education, and security.

Promote the Internal Audit profession and provide insight, knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities to our members in Luxembourg
Our Vision
To enhance the relevance, influence and importance of the internal audit profession in Luxembourg.
Governance
The IIA Luxembourg is governed by a Board of Directors.
Directors are volunteers who each hold office for a two-year term, being up for election each year.
The president is elected every two years by the board, with a maximum term of 6 years.
The administrative manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Institute.
